Arsenic and fluoride in water? Apply the WaterPyramid!

The WaterPyramid can be used to change sea water (TdS 45.000 ppm) into drinking water. But how about if the ground water is (additionally) polluted with an arsenic of fluoride? Would the WaterPyramid then be able to do the purification job?
